Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Caffeinated Cow prepares handcrafted beverages for events and scheduled bookings.

Event cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an event. Any deposit, cancellation fee, or refund will be handled according to the terms agreed upon when your booking is confirmed.

Completed orders: Due to the nature of freshly prepared food and beverages, completed drink orders are generally not eligible for return. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
